I made these without putting in fridge and without spraying water and I added extra yeast. I baked them in a buttered, cast iron pan. They turned out perfect. Will definitely keep making these, but would probably do a double batch next time.

The rolls were pretty good. Could use a little more yeasty flavor. I'm going to try another batch and increase the yeast slightly. Maybe that will help. The texture was perfect. Crusty on the outside and soft and chewed on the inside. Just what I was looking for.
