Excited to see how these do after being frozen and then microwaved! I love the idea though... with my two kids being in sports, dance, theater and youth group we are constantly busy. Having nutritious and easy grab-n-go snacks or meals is a must!! Making the burritos myself means I know exactly what’s in them and I can adjust the spices to suit our tastes. Next time I might fancy them up a bit and add some fun salsa, use seasoned black beans instead of refried, add black olives, etc.
