These were amazing fresh out of the oven. I had trouble getting them to stay in shape with toothpicks - definitely think I'd just roll tightly with seam-side down in the future.
Didn't reheat that great, but did make a lot of taquitos. Recommend for a party where they'll get scarfed up fresh, rather than making a batch and freezing or having as leftovers.
