- 3 mace (blades, ~ 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mace, optional)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch asafetida (hing ~ Optional)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup yogurt (~ Buy or make)
