  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches kosher salt
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (Blue, I used Food Should Taste Good)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (Yellow, again, I used Food Should Taste Good)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 tomato (Vine-On, seeded, cored and diced)
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche (or Sour Cream)
