This has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and now it's a favorite of my kids!

i tried the four ingredient porcupine meatballs. my family liked them. I made a little modification by doing my meatballs in the oven before simmering with the water and seasoning. i also doubled recipie so with any liquid left in pan after the simmer i simply made a pan gravy but adding a slurrey to thicken. i served Over buttered pasta but i also think meatballs will make great sandwiches tomorrow.
