    i used raw stevia in place of the sugar and added 2 tbsp PB2 powder. i mixed in with the stevia and dded per instructions. came out as a chocolate/peanut butter cookie. Very Yummly.

    Simple but so good! I used this for my daughter's first baking experience. With my meringue, I prefer cream of tartar instead of salt...still used 1/4 tsp. That was the only change besides my kiddo adding food coloring. We will definitely use this recipe again as a base for her new baking experiments with meringue!

    Also my grandmother's recipe! I crush 2 candy canes and add that to the mix. Top with a single chocolate chip to make it pretty. We bake at 250 degrees for 45 mins and take them out. After cooling for about 5 mins then remove from cookie sheet.
