- 1 large egg (Beaten)
- 1 1/4 cups gluten (160 g, 5.6 ounces, Free Graham Wafer Crumbs, See previous recipe)
- 1/2 cup almonds (1.9 ounces, Any type, Finely chopped)
- 1 cup coconut (4.5 ounces, Shredded, sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (4 ounces)
- 2 tsp. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. custard powder (Vanilla, Such as Bird’s. Vanilla pudding mix may be substituted.)
- 2 cups icing sugar (8.9 ounces)
- 4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (1 ounce)
