- 7 lb. turkey breast (cavity attached, skin on)
- 1 stick unsalted butter (softened at room temperature)
- 2 garlic cloves (very finely chopped and smashed)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (and sage, chopped)
- 1 handful fresh rosemary (and thyme, chopped)
- salt
- pepper
- turkey stock (boxed low sodium, so pan does not dry out on grill)
- 2 lasagna (DEEP sided foil pans, I like to double them for more strength not the low half size, pans.)
