    they were ok. I overworked them a bit, that was my bad but they definitely had the advertised distinct layers. The taste wasn't spectacular, they definitely tasted like something from "cooking light". I think they needed more fat.

    Really good flavor and nice and flaky. Recipe is easy to follow. I baked them a bit longer because they were still a bit doughy.

    Absolutely delicious and wonderfully simple to make. This time I rolled them a little too flat, but they rose well. I have never had a better flavored biscuit and this is something I will definitely be repeating!

    These really did rise pretty high! Maybe the temp of my ovens are off b/c they took longer than 12 minutes to bake.

    I've been trying to perfect biscuits forever and finally I've found the right recipe! They tend to rise and fall over and spread at the bottom too much so I decreased the butter to 4tbs and rolled them a bit thinner before cutting. Problem solved.

    Turned out great! It really is foolproof. I needed a quick biscuit and this worked. I wish they would have raised a little higher but I will definitely make them again

    I've tried to make the perfect biscuit for years. I finally succeeded with this recipe. It took a few tries to get the technique just right but these are by far the highest rising, flakiness biscuits I've ever made. Try these - you won't be disappointed.
