Very easy to make, turned out well and will make this again. Used some fresh caught salmon and also some rainbow trout and both were excellent. Paired with some grilled yellow squash and zucchini and had very healthy combo for dinner

This was great, though I didn't have dill, I made a tartar sauce with pickles, lemon juice and vegenaise. Yes, Vegenaise because my boyfriend is vegetarian. Will have to make this again and have to make sure I get the dill.
