    We cooked it for 30 minutes and it was perfect! Adults loved, not so much.

    very nice, as all the juices melted together. I used pangasius, and cajun herbs and yellow bellpepper, otherwise folllowed the recipe. I had to put it in the oven for 35 minutes, otherwise it was still raw. We ate it with a brown bun, to soak up all the yummy juices, and on the side served sweet potatoes with chipotle.
