  • 1/2 teaspoon ground flax seed

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  • oil (for greasing the pan)
  • cornmeal (for sprinkling on the bottom of the pan, optional)
  • 1/2 kabocha squash (small, pumpkin, or butternut squash, peeled and cut into cubes about 1-2cm x 1-2cm, about 3.5 cups. I used kabocha for the photos.)

  • 1/3 cup flour (amaranth, can sub oat flour)
