Super fluffy! Created really tall pancakes so I needed to adjust cooking time (slower and lower temp) - couldn't rush through them like flap jacks. I liked the 'almost savory' flavor, but the kids and wife didn't. I'd probably shrink the amount of cottage cheese and add vanilla if I make it again.
