- 1 cup quinoa (multi-grain, cooked, I use TruRoots; According to packaging instructions)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (I use Bob's Red Mill or Namaste Foods)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs ('chia, ', See Notes!)
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (See Notes!)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, See Notes!)
- 1 cup almond milk (+ 1 Tbsp, You can use your fave Plant-based Milk!)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- vegan butter (for cooking)
- 1/4 cup water (fresh)
- 1/2 cup pure cane sugar (organic, I use Wholesome Sugar)
- 2 cups cranberries (organic, fresh or frozen)
