- 1/2 cup flour (I use 1-to-1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, but regular flour would work as well)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut palm sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup reduced fat milk
- butter (Additional, or oil for making pancakes)
- pure maple syrup (Optional:, for serving!)

I would recommend cooking them on a lower heat because they are super thick. The outside cooked fast and then the middle couldn't get all the way done. Other than that the flavor is great.
