I make alot of pancakes and I really enjoyed the slight sour of the buttermilk in this recipe. Very fluffy and moist.

Tasted really good but the recipe says that there is 4 servings but there was actually like 8

Might be user error but not as tender as I thought it would be. Flavor is decent.. I added a sprinkle more salt. They rose very high though! I will add more milk next time…

So delicious! Added vanilla and cinnamon, for extra yum….perfect for Saturday morning cartoons and pancakes!

Wonderful! This is the 3rd time I’ve made them and they come out light and fluffy every time. Side note:
This last time I left the batter to rest for approximately 15-20 minutes, not by design but because I was preparing other dishes for the breakfast and noticed I doubled the yield by so doing rather than place the batter immediately on the griddle.

It’s a great recipe, I make it for my 2 kids and they love it. It really is fluffy and flavorful. I only add a little cinnamon and a little apple pie spice. And that gives them a whole new level of flavor.

Great recipe ! These are tasty, tender and fluffy ! Nice with a bit of berries and real, organic Canadian maple syrup !

I subbed brown sugar for the normal. They were moist and flavorful. My first time trying the milk + vinegar = buttermilk trick. Adding that to my repertoire :)

I added some vanilla. My boys requested chocolate chips and peppermint slices. It was a hit!! Definitely making this again.

Wow, by far the fluffiest pancakes we’ve made. We used vanilla almond milk instead of regular.

Perfection! Although, I did add about 1 Tbs of vanilla extract to the double batch I made!! 😁

Stuck to the recipe and came out delicious and fluffy. Very easy to follow. Was able to add fillers such as blueberries and chocolate chips without having to tweak the recipe. Very happy with the recipe and is now my “go-to” for fluffy pancakes.

These were soooo fluffy and delicious. I've been trying to find a good pancake recipe that is thick and fluffy, but not dense. These were exactly what I was looking for. Instead of using vinegar, i used 3 tablespoons of Almond extract. They were scrumptious and a huge hit with my family and friends.
