This turned out pretty good! I didn’t exactly follow the recipe, though, since I don’t have a microwave. I used my toaster oven instead. Next time I probably wouldn’t add as much salt if any—maybe just a pinch. Also, my French toast had chunks of cream cheese all throughout it, so I guess I need to completely melt it before adding the rest of ingredients next time. I would make this recipe again for sure! I love that it’s gluten free and how I don’t have to bake gluten-free bread ahead of time.
