My son made these in the school holidays as he loves garlic bread, he loved kneeding the bread, very tasty and soft. It did take a while to let it rise but he enjoyed seeing the end result

Would have been nice to know it takes 2 hours and 45 minutes not 70 minutes she is a liar and it takes even longer than her 2 hours and 45 minutes because needs more time to rise

These are light, and perfectly easy to make. I even make them large, to use as rolls for sandwiches.
