This recipe is my daughter's favorite. This has become our go to Saturday breakfast. You must try this one if you love french toast.

This has become our favorite French toast recipe. I have found that by mixing the cinnamon with the flour in separate bowl helps the cinnamon not "float" to the top of the mix. I also mix all the wet ingredients in a large bowl first and then slowly sprinkle the flour/cinnamon mixture into the wet ingredients, whisking the entire time I'm adding the flour. Adding the flour last helps it mix into the milk/eggs mixture better and it keeps the flour from sitting on the bottom of the bowl.
