Super yummy preferred over butter cream frosting

The heavy cream quantity is definitely wrong. like another reviewer said “it will be poo” hahaha of the 2.5 cups I measured out 2, and after adding 1.33 cups I already knew I was on the verge of losing it. truly the most cream it came handle is 1 cup. I had to thicken it a little with some corn starch (I didn’t want to add powdered sugar and increase the sweetness). I could see it was about to break so I refrigerated it. otherwise it was good. I added half a cup of peanut butter since I was putting it on banana cupcakes. I also added a small amount of powdered sugar because I think I had slightly more cocoa since I just finished the container. If you need added sweetness at the end, do NOT add more granulated sugar. It will be grainy. I was even nervous to use that in the beginning but it incorporated with everything. Overall it got great reviews, but remember to only use 1 cup at most of heavy cream. I took 1 star off just because the recipe is written incorrectly.

gonna be honest with ya, we either did something wrong or the measurments are wrong, we made this icing and it was way too thick to be considered fluffy whipped frosting and.... it looked like poo, literal poo. my friends and i tried decorating the cupcakes and it just kept going downhill. no matter what we did, it was poo, it at least tasted like pudding and we got a great laugh when we wiped it on our friend
