  • almond flour
  • whole wheat flour
  • cornmeal
  • gluten free flour (this is typically a blend of several gluten free flours)
  • 2 cups cake flour (sifted, I used Bobs Red Mill)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (or buttermilk)
  • 1 cube butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

    great! i used almond extract instead and added blueberries. so delicious and cakey but not too rich. better than all purpose flour i believe
