  • 500 milliliters fresh chicken stock (good quality)
  • 250 grams chicken thigh (pieces - cut into long thin strips)
  • 1/2 carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 leaves cavolo nero
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • 4 leaves (large green pak choi)
  • 3 bulbs garlic (chopped fine)

  • 15 strips red chilli
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 8 tofu (bite sized chunks of smoked)
  • 1/4 teaspoon white sesame seeds (to garnish, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce (Blue Dragon)

  • 1 fillet salmon (cut into 4 big chunks - approximately 130 gm)
