Yum! Super easy and guilt free recipe. I went a little heavier on the onion powder and added a lot of fresh black pepper to the mixture because I like it spicy.

Really cool. The eggs are pretty dominant because of the neutral taste of zucchini, so next time I might try it with more zucchinies but the same amount of eggs. You might also wanna eat it just as a side to something else, it's super light.

Baking soda seemed to affect the taste, though it was carefully measured. Really like the concept, though. Will try again.

Super delicious and easy to make! Tastes a lot like fried Zucchini without the carbs and calories! I'm impressed!
