So tasty! Very easy to make and the result is rewarding!
I would prefer though to use less sugar, as I felt it was too sweet

The cake came out fantastic and looked just wonderful. I had lots of pulp because I boiled way to many
tangerines. I was going to make mamarlade. Instead I made a second one in a bundt pan using extra pulp that was really good. I experimented using regular flour for the third cake which my neighbor's couldn't stop bragging.
Just want you to know your recipes was enjoyed by many people this past weekend.
