Fantastic gluten-free recipe to add to the Rolodex! So moist and flavourful. Will absolutely make this again for my friends and family with dietary restrictions.

Delicious as a whole, however I disagree with using a high speed blender/food processor. This could easily be made with a hand mixer, a stand mixer, or by hand if you have the muscle/stamina. It would make clean up a LOT easier/faster as the batter is very sticky and dense. Greasing the pan would also be doable rather than lining it.

It turned out great! I accidentally put too much baking powder, I wish it had been more fudgy but still great! I added pecans and covered with chocolate and I put coconut flakes !

These are delicious! You will not be disappointed; try them!! You’ll be licking the batter off the spoons like usual. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

These are so good! My daughter agreed and she doesn’t like sweet potatoes or brownies. I added walnuts too. About to make the 2nd double batch!

I was a little skeptical at first but these are so moist and chocolatey! I will never go back to traditional brownies... ever!

Lovely!! I made it vegan too by using applesauce to replace the egg. A fudge texture and not too sweet! Yummyyy

I added some hemp seeds, dark chocolate chips and a tiny bit of protein powder and it turned out very yummy! My mom loved them, they were a bit too sweet for my taste and probably need a bit more cacao powder. Will make them tomorrow again (only made half a batch bc I run out of almond butter) and maybe use a bit less honey or some dates instead. Great & adjustable recipe though!

Super moist- can substitute peanut butter, pumpkin and maple syrup. More like a cake than a brownie. Yumm!!

I have made these several times. I usually use sunflower butter. I once used special dark chocolate cocoa powder. I really liked that version and plan to keep using dark chocolate cocoa powder. My only problem is I can easily eat the entire pan of brownies.
