Really good. Because I am making them for my 2yr old grandson, I omitted the chocolate chips, but otherwise followed the recipe. Next time, I’ll use the honey instead of maple syrup to see how that works. I made 12 cookies, cooked them 20 minutes, actually let them cool (pretty much) before tasting one! I’m assuming they’ll crisp up a bit as they cool, but the taste and consistency is great. Hoping this will appeal to our light eater!
