So good! I don't miss the flour at all. They have a rich peanut buttery flavor and they are chewy. I substitute 1/2 the amount of splenda brown sugar for the full amount of the sugar, which reduces calorie and carb count further. Everyone I share them with loves them as well.

Very good just be careful to take the cookies out right at 10 mins.I added a chocolate chip to the top of each cookie.

The cookies were so easy to make. Soft with a little bit of crunch and delicious with great peanut butter flavor. Perfect for my cookie loving, gluten free diet, husband and two teenage boys.

I made these with my granddaughter. They were easy and delicious. I will definitely make them again.
