I’ve made these several times now, and as long as I cook them longer until they are a darker brown, they are delicious. (Try at least 20 minutes) Past reviewers noted a gummy consistency... cooking them longer resolves this, as well as squeezing out excess moisture from the grated apples. I also add pie spices because I’m a big fan of fall flavors. Healthy, nutritious, and yummy,

These were really yummy and I loved how it used fresh and healthy ingredients. I had a little problem with making them look like actually muffins, but who cares they were delish!
