Have made these twice and love them! I do add a scoop of Vanilla plant-based protein. Not quite as easy as most blender muffins but worth the time!! Kids love them too!

I didn’t have the flax meal so left it out and I added 1 extra banana. The muffins turned out moist and not too sweet. Kids loved them.
