- 1/4 cup protein powder (natural chocolate, optional, I used North Coast Naturals whey isolate)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 4 packets stevia (Sweet Leaf, can sub for 2 extra tablespoons raw honey)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (optional, for topping)
