    Wow! I made these for a classroom party because I have students who are gluten and nut free. They’re so delicious, I’d make them anyway! So easy and you don’t need any kind of special gluten free flour, just ingredients that most people have on hand anyway. A+ from this teacher!

    This recipe was a little too sweet for my taste. I think it would be better with dark chocolate chips rather than semi-sweet.

    these are pretty good. they did NOT look like the photo on the recipe but still tasted yummy. the recipe calls for 3 cups powdered sugar - i added another 1 1/2 cups (maybe thats why the looked different) but with only 3 cups the batter was so runny it wouldve ran off the cookie sheet. the recipe does state batter will be thin but that was waaay too thin! i also had to bake them an extra 3 minutes. i also used gf and dairy free choc chips. the tops baked up looking almost like frosting but reminded me of a meringue. not a cookie texture really but still tasty!
