Wow! I made these for a classroom party because I have students who are gluten and nut free. They’re so delicious, I’d make them anyway! So easy and you don’t need any kind of special gluten free flour, just ingredients that most people have on hand anyway. A+ from this teacher!

This recipe was a little too sweet for my taste. I think it would be better with dark chocolate chips rather than semi-sweet.
