Oh my god these were amazing. I didn't follow the recipe exactly -- organic cane sugar instead of coconut sugar, butter instead of cocconut oil, and no coconut or walnuts -- and even with all those changes, these came out incredible. The ginger really gave a lot of depth of flavor. My husband is begging me to make them again, and I definitely will!
