    I love these flourless recipes! I doubled the batch but I had to double the time in the stove too. My batter both for the banana and zucchini bread must have been to deep in the pan.

    I happened to have a lot of walnuts right now. This goes together quick and easy in the food processor. I didn’t use parchment for my pan. I sprayed it with cooking spray. I had large bananas so I only used two and I added a 1/2 cup of hemp hearts. The only thing I will do different next time is add some stevia to increase the sweetness a bit. I may also try some other combos for diversity like cinnamon, raisins or chocolate chips.
