    I make these weekly (Covid-19 era)and throw in a good tablespoon each of chocolate chips and walnut pieces. Even my roommate who is not gf likes them. They are so moist.

    Super easy and tasty. I added cinnamon and walnuts. I also made them with strawberries and pineapple. Both were fabulous.

    It’s good recipe I would add a bit more sweet so I’ll add stevia next time I would also recommend adding some nuts to the mix
