- 2 Tbsp. flour (I used Wondra*)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup half and half

- 6 leaves fresh basil (torn into small pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (each of, and Oil for sautéing)
- 2 filets (flounder for each person, depending on size)
