Ten minutes isn’t nearly enough time for the marinade to absorb. If I do it again, I’ll chop the radicchio instead of quartering it.
I also finished my steak in the oven because I knew 5 minutes a side wasn’t going to cut it.
The bite with arugula, outer leaves of radicchio, steak and blue cheese was awesome though.
