For sure a 5 star recipe! Easy, you don't have to wait for it to rise and delivers a basic flat bread... Seriously, if it didn't turn out right for you then it was something you didn't do right which can happen to anyone. I will make it again as is, and change it up with different spices, herbs and cheeses! So happy I found this recipe! Pai absolutely loved it!!! 🥰

Excellent! Moist and fluffy. Exactly 2 minutes cook time on each side. Every one turned out perfectly.

Very easy to make. My first time making flat breads, I’ll definitely try it again and maybe adding some other ingredients

This is an excellent recipe! The family loved it, and rolled very thing it is a great pizza crust, too! Super easy - super tasty!

Great. Super easy to make. Added garlic powder and dried shallots to the dough. Used 3/4 AP and 1/4 Tipo 00.

Incredible. I took the advice of other reviewers and added spices to it and it took it to the next level. Garlic powder, thyme, and pepper.
