Not reviewing the recipe exactly, but documenting that I used it for inspiration. I cut a sheet of puff pastry into 24 rectangles, spread 1/2 tablespoon of vegan cream cheese on each and topped with oven roasted tomatoes. Made a tasty and impressive Christmas Eve appetizer. Pizza-ish enough to convince 1 child
