- 1 1/2 cups duck broth (or chicken or vegetable broth)
- fresh sage
- fresh rosemary
- 3 Tbsp. farinha de mandioca
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 3/4 cup farinha de mandioca
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. ground rosemary (I used a mortar and pestle, or you can use a spice grinder)
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
