- 1 cup fresh ginger root (peeled, sliced 1/2-inch thick)
- 2 cups vodka
- 1.5 oz. ginger (Infused Vodka)
- 0.25 oz. dry vermouth (such as Dolin)
- 3 oz. chilled prosecco
