    Simple, and pretty good, with two caveats. I think my 5-spice powder skewed more toward cinnamon and less toward star anise for my taste, but that just means I need to get a different kind of 5-spice or make my own. Also cooked duck skin side down much longer (15-17 min) on medium low to render out the fat. This recipe didn’t allocate nearly enough time.

    Really quick, easy and tasty
