- 28 oz. pinto beans
- 14 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sauce (from chipotle chilies in Adobo sauce)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tomatoes (– can Ro-Tel, or 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes if you don’t want the spiciness)
- salt
- pepper
- small pasta (Your choice of, cooked according to directions.)
