- 2 red hot (small, Thai chillis, sliced)

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. galangal (grated, or ginger root)
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 2 cups steamed rice
