Simple and very tasty. We grilled some corn on the Cobb and added that along with some cabbage and avocado..
I’d make this again and recommend the recipe. The chipotle cream had a serious kick to it so be warned

Delicious! I used cod and it turned out nice and flaky and browned on the outside. Will make again.
