- 8 cloves garlic (smashed and peeled)

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- oil (for frying, we like peanut, but you can use vegetable)
