- 4 cauliflower florets (cooked, smoked and sliced)
- 300 grams fish (or 10.5 oz, cooked)
- 4 prawns (cooked, smoked, chopped in to chunks)
- 3 scallops (cooked, smoked, chopped in to slices)
- 6 asparagus spears (cooked)
- 0.5 dL herbs (or 1/4 cup, chopped soft, I used parsley, coriander and chives)
- 1/2 lemon (juice of)
- 1 dL grated cheese (or 1/2 cup, I used cheddar)
- butter (to grease the dish)
- 6 dL milk (or 3 cups of)
- 50 grams butter (or 1.7 oz)
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 grated nutmeg
- 1 chicken stock cube (you can also use vegetable or fish stock)
