- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. fish (to pan fry the)
- red onion (chopped – 1)
- green chilies (Thai, / Birds Eye Chilies, stem removed and roughly chopped – 2 or 3)
- ginger (2 inch piece)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 8 curry leaves
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup milk (or more, as needed, you can use all of coconut, if that is what you want. I try to use a mix of coconut milk and milk usually)
- salt (– as needed)
