Not bad. Just enought flavor but not enough sauce. If serving over rice or pasta I would suggest doubling or tripling the sauce so you have enough for the pasta. It just depends on how saucy you like your pasta.

Excellent! Didn’t have peppers, so used mushrooms and a puréed tomato that needed to be used up, sauce still turned out great! I imagine it could be varied in numerous ways. Blackened the fish as someone else suggested and served with Asiago rice - everyone loved it!

So good. My husband isn’t a fan of fish. So I made this dish to share with a coworker for lunch the next day. I had my husband try it and he loved it. He surprised me today by requested it for dinner tonight.
