    I doubled the amount of cream cheese and half and half to make more sauce. The sauce and spinach was so good but the cod fell apart and tasted pretty bland. I will use a different fish next time.

    Not bad. Just enought flavor but not enough sauce. If serving over rice or pasta I would suggest doubling or tripling the sauce so you have enough for the pasta. It just depends on how saucy you like your pasta.
