10-28-22 easy and delicious, used boursin instead of cream cheese and evaporated milk

This dish was fabulous! I added some cherry tomatoes with the red peppers while sautéing and really like them. Everyone loved this dish the flavors together were delicious

I’ve been making this for a year now it’s become a staple that the whole family loves. I use a whole 8oz of cream cheese and adjust milk/half and half to consistency. Thrown on top of Angel Hair pasta turns it into a heavenly meal.

My husband LOVES this dish. I have made it about 5 times and will continue to do so. I add more spinach because it cooks down so much. Delicious.

Not a fan of most seafood, and I had no clue how this would taste once it was put together, but I absolutely loved this one immensely.

It's a keeper! Enjoyed it a lot as my husband did. First time I've made Fish Florentine. Thanks.

Made with Halibut. Spectacular recipe. A few suggestions
1. Generous salt and pepper on fish before pan-searing
2. Pull the fish at 125-130 degrees internal. This dish is not good if the fish is overcooked (or any fish dish for that matter)
3. I doubled the garlic. May try some tomatoes next time in the veggie mix.
All in all, a great dish, very fast to make!

I used Cod fish and used cherry tomatoes insread of pepper. I also added shrimp to the sauce. I served this dish over white rice. It was so good. Will definitely use this recipe again.
