- 1.2 oz. fish fillet (or 600 g, I use tilapia)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 12 mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 bell peppers (cut into strips)
- 2 cups Prego® Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or what you prefer)
- 1 cup water

Directions
- Using Stovetop: Heat olive oil in the saute pan over medium high heat.
- Add garlic, cook for a few seconds.
- Give the garlic a stir, then place the fish in the pan. Season with a little salt.
